Supported by her wife Kari and children, Megan navigates legal changes, finds acceptance at her progressive church, and discovers community in queer spaces. Through losses and gains—including performing burlesque and starting a queer karate class—she reconciles her Christian faith with her transgender identity, finding beauty in transformation.
