At 16, Mark Hama entered the Yashica camera factory to support his father and siblings; years later, he gambled on an independent film camera repair business in the U.S. to provide for his wife and sons. Now in his 80s, Mark reflects on a lifetime of choices driven by duty to others while remaining one of the few original craftsmen practicing this disappearing art of camera restoration.
